ADDIE Model

This is a mind map developed for a Media Training for Executives project, following the ADDIE Model of instructional design process. As my industry practitioner experience is in the areas of marketing, communications, media and public relations, I find the topic interesting to explore for a proposed corporate training.

The action steps for each phase of ADDIE were determined based on those considered most relevant to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the program, in light of the corporate nature of the training and its intended audience.
