The purpose of this flyer is to provide valuable practical information as an easy reference tool to help corporate executives and spokespeople learn more about the timing, structure and format of the media training and how its learning objectives apply to the scope and nature of their own corporate roles and responsibilities.

From a creative perspective, I presented the information as a “Save the Date” and incorporated concepts from both Project Management and Journalism fields, to make it more appealing to the learner. From Project Management, I integrated the concept of “T-Minus” for planning, where T is the scheduled product launch date in each country (individual to each executive). This was used to create the T-14 and T-28 mentions. “The Five Ws and one H” (What?, Who?, Why?, When?, Where?, How?) are integrated from concepts used by project managers and journalists in their respective fields.
